Serving all Arizona courts, we perform every administrative aspect of reporting your attendance. You just register, attend, learn a little, and relax. We electronically communicate with the court for you by notifying the court when you register and complete the course. Need more time? We will help.

 

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND the Arizona Defensive Driving 4-hour Course?

•	The violation is dismissed by the court
•	The DMV does not receive a record of the violation
•	No points are assessed
•	Insurance rates not increased
•	Red light, Yield or Stop Sign? No order to attend Traffic Survival School
•	Juveniles second violation? No order to attend Traffic Survival School

AM I ELIGIBLE?

•	Did not attend Arizona Defensive Driving Course for two years from the date of your last violation.
•	The citation must not be for a traffic crash involving serious injury or death
•	CDL license holders or cited while driving a commercial vehicle - not eligible
•	The citation must be for an eligible civil traffic violation
